Oulton Students Participate in ‘Coldest Night of the Year’ Fundraiser

MONCTON, NB – February was another busy month for community involvement on behalf of Oulton College. Students from the Child and Youth Care program participated in Youth Impact’s ‘Coldest Night of the Year’ fundraiser and awareness campaign.

Youth Impact operates programs that provide services and assistance to at-risk and homeless youth. Students, staff and faculty from Oulton raised over $1, 500 for the ‘Coldest Night of the Year’ campaign. In addition to their fundraising efforts, the department also participated in the event walk, helping impact lives and build bright futures for youth served by Youth Impact. In total, the event raised over $30,000 and saw more than 150 participants involved.
