Walk A Mile In Her Shoes

Our Policing and Corrections students strapped on a pair of high heels today to “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes” in support of the YWCA’s “Week Without Violence”. The event raises awareness of gender based violence and funds for community violence prevention work.

We are so proud of our cadets who marched down Main Street today to show their support for this great cause, and did it all in style.

Special congratulations goes to student, Brady Coates who raised $760.00 on his own for the event. Brady was named second place for the most money raised.

Excellent job to all students who took part!
